REGISTRATION CLOSED 7/1/24:
The program includes a curriculum of 20 hours of dementia and brain health education and includes the curriculum for those who plan to be in teaching roles for dementia professionals or students.
The Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia Care Seminar recognized by the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners (NCCDP) will be provided for those who are not already certified. This seminar gives the attendee the ability to send their certificate of completion to the NCCDP to be globally recognized as a Certified Dementia Practitioner and allows the teacher/trainer to practice dementia care with their students. The CDP is required if you plan to teach this course.
If you only need one or the other, you can sign up for them separately.
*A letter from your employer is required stating that you are an educator and plan to use this curriculum in your role. *You will also need to provide your CDP license number or certificate if you are not registering for the Seminar to let us know that you have already completed this Seminar outside of this course.
